International Senior Sales Manager - Zurich

Main Duties
- Build and develop customer relationship and market presence
- Maintain and expand the customer base in the region of responsibility
- Identify sales opportunities and turn them into orders
- Identify key customers and build/execute account plans for them
- Presentations at customer site and on shows, events and conferences
- Produce commercial and technical proposals
- Bid management during tender process
- Manage the acquisition process in the region of responsibility
- Support, educate and manage the channels in the area of responsibility
Other Duties
- Constant update of business and market know-how
- Consolidation of customer needs and close working relationship with other Nexus departments
- Qualify and prioritize leads and opportunities
- Lead and participate to the internal quality processes
- Negotiate Nexus proposals and close contracts
- P&L responsibility according to the agreed targets
Education
- Engineering degree (FH, ETH or equivalent) in engineering or IT or telecoms
- English, Russian (spoken and written), German would be an additional advantage.
Experience/Skills
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the area of monitoring and/or testing in telecom in the CIS region
- Profound knowledge in the OSS area
- Proven strength in closing contracts
- Good presentation skills
